"I would actually rate him as a 10.0 star for each above ! He replaced the Sump Pump with a better brand that I have been using. Worked Excellent !! He also found a problem with the Back-Up Sump Pump. He replace that also. With the traveling I do and all the rain we have been getting it's better to be safe than sorry. I will be using him again in the near future."
